2nd Congressional District Representative Thelma Drake is making herself available to the public a couple of times this week.
First, there is the live blog she is participating in over at The Virginia Federalist. The thread for questions is here. The live blog will take place Wednesday evening at 7:30pm. (Does anyone over there live in the 2nd? Just curious 😉 )
Saturday morning, Congresswoman Drake will address The Virginia Beach Taxpayer Alliance. Meetings are open to the public. Breakfast ($3) begins at 8:30 a.m. followed by the speaker at 9 a.m. The meeting site is the Terrace Room, in the Marian Manor Retirement Center, Virginia Beach, on Marian Lane, just off Clearfield Street which runs between Virginia Beach Blvd. and Cleveland Street, directly behind St. Gregory’s Church.
