I attended a fundraiser for 1st Senatorial District candidate John Miller Wednesday night. It’s been a very long day for me (it’s now 12:24 am 😯 ) so just enjoy this picture of Governor Tim Kaine with the candidate, his staff and his wife. More on the event after I get some sleep.

It was an outstanding event for John Miller. There were over 150 attentdees. Both John and Gov. Kaine gave wonderful speeches.

I agree, Linda, that it was an absolutely terrific event. Thanks for all your help in making it happen. It’s fair to say that attendees were gushing about it… and about John. It was wonderful to have an opportunity to speak to so many Democrats, Independents, and Republicans who are so excited about John’s candidacy.
The Miller campaign is pushing hard with great success. John and his staff have accomplished a tremendous amount in a very brief time, and they’re determined to keep that pace up to push John on to victory in November. This is definitely a great opportunity for a moderate, well respected Democrat to pick up a seat in a Republican district.
As John Miller often says, “This is going to be hard, but we’re going to win.”
