Early to rise and early to bed might make a man healthy, but socially dead.
I think you misread it. Doing those things may make you unhealthy.
I just heard Paul Harvey today at lunch saying that Black women are more susceptible to a hard-to-treat breast cancer called “Estrogen Receptor-Negative Breast Cancer.” Don’t forget to get yourself checked — I may not agree with your politics, but I wouldn’t want anything to happen to you, either! π

Yeah, as soon as I retire, in about 5 years, I can go back to being the sensible and healthy night owl I used to be in college. I was also a lot less grouchy then. π
