Rerras is toast!
Never overestimate the brains of the Norfolk electorate. Rerras has been elected AND re-elected. People will vote for him for no better reason than he remembers their names, which he does. Assuming that people will vote for Ralph just because he is the better candidate will not win this election.. knocking on doors, calling on phones, personal contact is what will do it.
