Stuff to do today

This afternoon, the Kiwanis Harbor Party & Seafood Feast kicks off at 4:30pm at Town Point Park. The event draws people from all over Hampton Roads and has become quite the political event. Tickets are $40 at the gate.

At 7pm, the ODU Student Government Associatio, the ODU College Democrats and the ODU College Republicans are putting on a Candidates Forum at the Ted Constant Center. There is a reception from 6pm – 6:45pm, which will be held in the lobby. The program itself, which runs til 9pm, is in the Big Blue Room. This event is free and open to the public. Moderating will be ODU alum Mike Gooding of WVEC.

  1. The ODU Student Government Association put on a great event. It was refreshing to see all the candidates put their best foot forward and act like responcible adults. Hats off to ODU SGA.
