I’d guess in general the older you are the more you have control over yourself and the amount and quality of internet usage. Like cell phones, text messages, etc … we use them in moderation to the degree we want and do not allow it to take control of our lives

31 – wow, I was really surprised at some of my responses. I was feeling guilty about fairly modest usage.
