Seems that 1st Congressional District Republican candidate Rob Wittman is having a little trouble remembering whether or not he signed one of those “I won’t raise taxes” pledge.
Best bet: vote Philip Forgit

What I don’t understand is why he just didn’t say that he did sign the pledge and that the transportation plan didn’t increase taxes, it increased fees.
Was he not paying attention last year? That’s how all those guys on the Finance Committee who signed that god-awful pledge could get away with HB3202.
I thought he was smarter than that. Oh well, Vote Forgit!
How come this stuff never comes up a month before election day? Sigh.
You know, I read it someplace earlier that Wittman had denied signing the pledge but I couldn’t locate the source when I was writing this piece.
