This Sunday’s On the Record will feature ODU economists Vinod Agarwal and Gil Yochum. These professors (both of whom I had at ODU) are two of the authors of the latest State of the Region Report. They will discuss such diverse topics as loan foreclosures, transportation, and affordable housing.
