Then head out to Virginia Beach for the VBDC Holiday Party and Legislative Sendoff. Celebrate the recent victories of Bobby Mathieson, Joe Bouchard, Algie Howell, Paula Miller, Ralph Northam and Yvonne Miller with special guest, Democratic Caucus Chair Brian Moran.
