As I mentioned yesterday, House of Delegates Democratic Caucus Chair Brian Moran announced a new initiative this morning related to dangerous toys. Entitled the “Virginia Toy Safety Act,” Moran was joined by Delegate Shannon Valentine (D-Lynchburg), John Morgan from Voices for Virginia’s Children and Dr. Colleen Kraft, President of the Virginia Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatricians at the press conference.
