This Sunday’s On the Record will feature a conversation with David Christian, who runs Dominion VA Power’s nuclear operation. The company is considering constructing a new nuclear power unit at North Anna, the first such plant in the US in decades.
Also joining host Joel Rubin will be Guerry Grune, who will talk about the struggling market for alternative fuels like bio-diesel. And in Rubin’s “My Minute” segment, he will opine on whether it is worth busting small time alleged marijuana growers if the result is the death of a veteran policeman.
