This Sunday’s On the Record will feature a discussion about child abuse. April is Child Abuse Prevention Month. Joining host Joel Rubin will be Betty (Pruden) Kelley, who was physically and sexually abused growing up outside Rochester and wrote a book called Home Free, detailing her experience, Betty Wade Coyle, who runs Prevent Child Abuse Hampton Roads, and Kathy Jeffries, Development Director for Seton Youth Shelters in Virginia Beach.
