This Sunday’s On the Record will feature a conversation with former governor Linwood Holton, the father-in-law of current governor Tim Kaine. Holton was Virginia’s first Republican governor since Reconstruction, occupying the office from 1969 to 1973. On tap is how Holton believes Virginia has changed in the last 40 years.
