PilotOnline is reporting that Democratic VP candidate Joe Biden is coming to Virginia Beach tomorrow, Thursday, morning. I received additional details via email. The doors will open at 7:30am at the Virginia Beach Convention Center, with Biden expected to speak at 8:45am. As is the norm, the event is open to the public but tickets are required. Tickets are available at the VB Obama office (3613 Virginia Beach Blvd.) beginning at noon today.
