MB was gracious enough to host last night’s watch party and he asked me to do tonight’s.
Tonight, by the way, is the night that the Norfolk chapter of Drinking Liberally meets. (6-8pm, The New Belmont). So let’s have a virtual meeting 😀 Like that gathering, we welcome liberals and non-liberals, drinkers and non-drinkers alike. Come back here about 8:30 (yeah, I know the speech will get started a bit later but we gotta get warmed up 😉 ), grab your favorite beverage, and let’s do some convention-watching.

Thanks, Vivian. Also funny, I don’t remember McCain ever having a Midwestern accent. He just said “Warshington,” and he’s cuttin’ off the ‘ing at the end of words and talkin’ through his nose just like my grandparents.
My boyfriend just said that Palin reminds him of a leather wearing dominitix (sp) with a whip….lol
