This Sunday’s On the Record will feature 2nd district Congressman-elect Glenn Nye, who will discuss the impact of a Barack Obama presidency on international relations and who he thinks should be Secretary of State. Also joining host Joel Rubin will be 3rd district Congressman Bobby Scott. Their conversation will center around the historic election of Obama and how the new President can achieve the bipartisanship he seeks in Washington.
