This Sunday’s On the Record will feature a conversation with gubernatorial candidate and House Democratic Caucus chair Del. Brian Moran. Moran is one of three candidates vying for the Democratic nomination, a contest to be decided by a primary in June.
In the other segment, the topic will be gangs. Host Joel Rubin will be joined by three law enforcement representatives, who will discuss what they do to keep gangs from forming and proliferating as well as give a sneak preview of a new video on gangs.
