The Virginia Interfaith Center, one of the many groups committed to bi-partisan redistricting, provides some video from Monday morning’s 7am hearing on their blog. Seems it turned into a bit of “Did, too!” “Did not!” dialogue, you know – the kind you hear on a schoolyard.
At the end, the six-member subcommittee voted along party lines – 4-2 – to kill the redistricting bills as well as the early voting bills.
Children will be children. But I thought those folks in the GA were supposed to be adults?
It appears to me that Republicans who can remember being in the minority are acting in the way they learned the majority is supposed to act.
