My email inbox has been flooded with requests for contributions as today’s fundraising deadline approached. If you somehow managed to escape the deluge, consider this as a special request to contribute to your candidate(s) of choice. I’ll be sending a couple of bucks to Brian Moran, but don’t forget that there are other races going on besides the ones for the top three offices. All 100 House of Delegates seats are up this year, and they need money, too.

Today is one of the days where I’m glad I have set up my inbox so that emails from lists that I’m on automatically go into a certain folder. That way I don’t miss another email in all of the clutter.
Done for Margi Vanderhye since she will probably be in a pretty tight race to keep her seat representing some pretty tony neighborhoods in NoVA. For the rest of the upper parts of the ticket, I am saving it til the primary is over. I want to give my maximum to beating McDonnell and Bolling.
