In other words, Cuccinelli has his own “No Car Tax” plan—a proposal that will sound good to most people (who won’t bother trying to understand the details) and really do more harm than good.

Gee, another republican, making a promise, he has no intention of keeping, running for public office! Who’d of guessed? I still have a car tax, and in fact, its gone up! I’m hoping the voters have learned that anytime a republican is making a promise, its not to be trusted! When will Virginian’s learn?
