A compilation of the local, state and national news reports on Republican gubernatorial candidate Bob McDonnell
By the way, there was a conference call this morning in which four former legislators – all Republicans, each of whom served with McDonnell in the legislature and are supporting Democratic candidate Creigh Deeds – participated. A good writeup of the call is here. My favorite part of the call was the answer given by former Delegate Katherine Waddell, who said, “We’re the real Republicans. They are the RINOs.”
I assume Deeds will be releasing his JD thesis any day now.
What we should be hearing about is how Mr. McDonnell favors the multinational interests over those of Virginians.
Bob McDonnell wants toll roads run by multinational companies; Virginians do not.
Bob McDonnell wants to sell Virginia ports to foreign operators for the next sixty years, Virginians want to retain public ownership of our ports.
Bob McDonnell did nothing to stand for our Liberty against the egregious usurpations of the Bush regime, while Virginians want Constitutional limits on government restored and the Bush power grabs, rolled back.
Bob McDonnell stands for outsourcing jobs to Communist China and other slave labor countries, while Creigh Deeds is committed to rebuilding our strategic manufacturing infrastructure, here at home in Virginia.
Bob McDonnell is standing by his friends in the multinational conglomerates and the televangelism business. He never has, nor ever will, lift a finger, other than his middle one, for the working men, here in Virginia.
Nobody gives a damn what Mr. McDonnell wrote for Pat Robertson’s, White-flight academy, diploma mill.
