Sounds like he’s campaigning against Deeds, who wants to raise taxes.

He voted to raise sales taxes 25% in Hampton Roads?
That’s a “hard line against taxes?”
Does anyone need to be honest in these ads?
Bouchard also told the Pilot he supported a gas tax, and now his ads touts his opposition to it?
