Congratulations to Tommy Smigiel. David just slew Goliath. His tenacity, perseverance and principles give all of us hope that things can change and that having “money and influence” doesn’t always ensure a victory. Hooray for the little guys who just want to be heard. Tommy listened; Randy didn’t. Hopefully, he will continue to listen and speak up at Council.
