The 18th Annual Kiwanis Harbor Party and Seafood Fest will be held on Thursday, October 7 from 4:30pm-7:30pm at Town Point Park. Tickets are now on available and can be purchased:

- From any member of the Kiwanis Club of Norfolk
- At any of the six Southside branches of Old Point National Bank

Tickets are $35 in advance, $40 at the door.
I can attest to this being a fun event, and it raises money for a good cause. According to the press release, the event “has raised more than $600,000 for local children’s charities since 1993.”
Come on out, enjoy the seafood (and, of course, the beer) and the company.
