DNC chair, former VA Governor Tim Kaine, was scheduled to be in Hampton Roads Sunday for a rally with Congressmen Bobby Scott and Glenn Nye and supporters. He was unable to make it but recorded this video, which was shown at the event.
Hopefully, I’ll have time later today to get up some more info from the rally.
