The Old Dominion University mascot, Big Blue, has advanced to the Championship Round of the Capital One Mascot of the Year Challenge, and is now facing UTEP for the 2010 Capital One Mascot of the Year.

Voting for the final round closes at 8:59 a.m., Monday, Dec. 13 and the winner will be announced on Jan. 1, 2011 during the Capital One Bowl.

I know there are a lot of ODU alumni and friends out there so head on over and vote!

  2. A friend of mine was the mascot for the University of Rochester. Since the Bee didn’t make it to the finals, I suppose I can vote for Big Blue (though still kinda wish I had a write in option). 🙂
