Yes, I got up in the middle of the night to see the eclipse. It was cold out there, but the skies were clear. Here is one photo taken.

Fantastic. I got my telescope out, but couldn’t last too long outside (I think the shorts and t-shirt had something to do with that).
Yeah, I’d say your attire had a bit to do with it 🙂 No telescope here, unfortunately.
I tried to stay up to see it but…just couldn’t make it past 1. Thanks for sharing your photo. What a wonderful event…now when’s the next one?

Well, not on a solstice anyway. The next total lunar eclipse visible here should be the one on April 15, 2014. Think you’ll want to stay up for that one, Vivian? 🙂
