All I can say is WOAH! It’s been a long time coming but Norfolk has finally joined the digital age! As Councilman Tommy Smigiel pointed out in his post Monday, the City’s website has been updated to include not only the membership of the boards and commissions appointed by council, but also contains a fill-in-the-blank pdf application for appointment!
