In a surprise announcement this afternoon, the Fort Monroe Authority named Del. G. Glenn Oder as its next Executive Director. According to the press release from the governor’s office, “Oder will resign from the House of Delegates effective August 31st.” Oder was challenged by Gary West last cycle. I hope West decides to throw his hat in the ring again.
