Have to admit slim pickings out there today on feel-good stories. Either that or I’m looking in the wrong places š¦ Or maybe the bar is just too high after yesterday’s story.

Christmas these days involves lots of fussy preparations and overspending on overpriced gadgets. But if we went back in time, way back to the early 1600s, we’d find no tech-savvy gifts, no decorated trees and certainly no neighborhood light displays to rival Vegas.
This story just makes me grateful that I’m not living in the early 1600s š No gadgets? No way š
