.I asked my grandson which plan he thought was the best plan the Affordable Care Plan or the Obamacare Plan. He told me the Afforable Care Plan is the Afforable Care Act and is a law and that he learned that in his social studies class last year. I give credit to Norfolk teachers.

That’s why voter turnout should not be the goal. Voter EDUCATION should be the goal. If they are more educated, they will be more interested. If they are more interested they will register and they will vote.
Getting more uneducated, uninterested people to vote is not a good thing.
