NCDC breakfast canceled

With the storm approaching Hampton Roads, the Norfolk City Democratic Committee has canceled Saturday morning's breakfast. The next business meeting of the NCDC will be held Wednesday, September 17. For more details as well as additional info on what NCDC is up to, check out the website.
