Doo Dah Parade

I missed today's Doo Dah parade in downtown Norfolk. They used to hold this parade on April 1 but moved it to Friday the last couple of times. Here's a bit of video, courtesy of PilotOnline, of the parade. Looks like it was a lot of fun 😦
