Can the snow be far behind?

The circus came to town today. And it seems that every time, or rather, a lot of the time, the snow comes, too. I like snow - but I'd just as soon it pass us by. Thankfully, it looks like there's none in the forecast.

According to this Virginian-Pilot article, the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) could be.
