Norfolk surplus

In the never-ending saga of city governments, Norfolk joins Chesapeake and Virginia Beach in "finding" extra money, this time, $8 million. And, as expected, they figured out how to spend it. I feel like a broken record. Just give it back.

Kellam rally in Norfolk

I attended a rally for Kellam this afternoon. In attendance but not speaking were State Senator Yvonne Miller, and Delegates Lionell Spruill, Jeion Ward, Algie Howell and Paula Miller.
