Brian Moran, Democratic candidate for governor, will be announcing some "significant" Hampton Roads endorsements for his candidacy this Wednesday. Moran, who resigned his seat from the House of Delegates to campaign full-time, is one of three candidates seeking the nomination. The voters will choose the candidate in a June 2009 primary.
