Sessoms endorses Wagner

Virginia Beach Mayor Will Sessoms, a Republican, announced this morning his support of Jody Wagner for Lieutenant Governor. His remarks are below. I spoke with Sessoms afterwards. He told me that he supported Bill Bolling in 2005 but he had to support Wagner, whom he has known for a long time, this year.
