New Rasmussen poll: McDonnell 44%, Deeds 41%

Rasmussen has released a new Virginia gubernatorial poll today which shows Republican Bob McDonnell at 44% and Democrat Creigh Deeds at 41%.  The money quote: The key to Deeds’ fortunes in November may prove to be how President Obama is viewed by voters in the state. Um yeah. It's called being a Virginia Democrat.

RT gets McDonnell on jobs

The Roanoke Times has an interesting editorial on Republican gubernatorial candidate Bob McDonnell. The subtitle says it all: Check the record. Bob McDonnell voted to strip a job fund he now calls vital. Go on over and read the whole thing. McDonnell really should explain himself. Yep. And we hope he will.
