The biggest party for Democrats in Hampton Roads (and beyond) is coming up next week. Congressman Bobby Scott (D-3rd) is holding his 31st Annual Labor Day Picnic.  Last year's event was a blast. You can RSVP for this year's event thru the DPVA website.
