Norfolk assessments up 16%
The Virginian-Pilot is reporting that Norfolk real estate assessments will average a 16% increase, the fourth year in a row we have experienced double-digit increases. The Virginian-Pilot reports this morning that the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) will spend about $680,000 in legal fees for its failed attempt to condemn a property.
