The Norfolk Republican Women are sponsoring an interactive forum with three Independent challengers running against incumbent Norfolk City Council members on Thursday, April 27th, at the Radisson Hotel, Monticello Avenue and St. Paul’s Boulevard. Ms. Barbara Saunders is running to represent Ward 1, Mr. Andrew Wallach for Ward 2, and Mr. Michael Osburn for Ward 5.
