Many of us who worked hard for progressive, feminist, equal justice candidates in Virginia over the past years are supporting the Creigh Deeds campaign for governor because we can’t allow Virginia to return to the bad old days. The Republican ticket must not be allowed to govern our state with their sense of male, white privilege and animosity to women, children, communities of color and struggling families who need a leader to give them hope AND help.
