Norfolk Public Schools community conversations

The Norfolk Public Schools are holding a series of community conversations this month, with an eye towards an action plan for the next school year. The first of the conversations was held Monday evening. The remaining sessions are:

Final action planning will take place Thursday, June 7, at 6 p.m. at Booker T. Washington High School.

Also of note: the School Board hired a new superintendent Monday. Dr. Samuel T. King comes to Norfolk from Rockdale, Georgia.
