You Should Meditate

Part of what’s stressing you out right now is not having any control over what’s happening to you.

And while you can’t control anything in your life, it may help you to learn how to stay tranquil.Meditation will help you learn how to let go, push through barriers, and live in the moment.

It may be difficult at first, but if you stick with it, you’ll find that meditation brings you some of the peace you’re seeking.

Hmm, never thought about meditation, but maybe I’ll give it a whirl – in my free time, of course (of which I have none 😦 ).
