SB 827 defeated
SB 827, which I wrote about here, was defeated yesterday in committee by a 4-10 vote. One of those voting against the bill was Sen. Mark Obenshain, whose reasoning was explained in this post. Kudos to Senators Saslaw, Marsh, Howell, and Lucas for voting in favor of this bill.
