Quick review: BlackBerry Curve 8900

During my time off, I celebrated my birthday by getting a new BlackBerry, the Curve 8900. While my Pearl was working just fine, I had long wanted to try a BB with a full keyboard as opposed to the two-letters-per-key that the Pearl has. RIM has been rolling out a bunch of new BBs. Among … Continue reading Quick review: BlackBerry Curve 8900

Help Joe Bouchard

When I spoke last week of what was at stake in November, I mentioned the possibility of us losing seats. In my mind, I was thinking about the challenge facing my friend, Del. Joe Bouchard. Those who know me well know that I don't casually toss around the term "friend." Until he ran in 2007, … Continue reading Help Joe Bouchard

From someone with no horse in the race

Ryan Nobles of NBC12 has this to say about the negative tone of  the gubernatorial race (emphasis mine): But since we are on the topic let’s set the record straight. All three of the democratic candidates for governor have been negative at one point or another. It comes in many different forms: radio-ads, blog posts, … Continue reading From someone with no horse in the race
